Unhosted Duplex Villa with 3 private, self-contained, fully furnished apartments. Apartments can be rented separately or as a whole unit sleeping large groups of 10. Each of the two top floor apartments has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and separate entrance/exit; Ground floor apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchenette and separate entrance/exit.

Nightly rent for each 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment (sleeps 4 in each unit); 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment (sleeps 2).

Minimum stay of 2 nights. Children permitted.

Villa 14 is situated on the compound of the quiet waterfront hotel Inn on the Bay just on the outskirts of the tiny village of Lambeau on Tobago's southern Atlantic coast. A sleepy backwater of a road separates the hotel from the Little Rockley Bay beach claimed to be the best "walking" beach in Tobago with over a mile of flat compacted sand.

The villa has expansive views of the sea from its bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens and verandah. A wall of sliding doors leads out onto a large shared verandah furnished with patio table, chairs and umbrella. The verandah which offers unobstructed views of the beach, sea and the lush hotel lawn is great for catching the sun in the morning, tanning or relaxing in the cool shade of the afternoon. There is also a sunning deck with sunning chairs. The lawn is landscaped with tropical flowers, shrubs and the "must have" coconut and mango trees.

All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned but being on the Atlantic coast with the natural prevailing winds blowing in from the sea, air-conditioning is almost superfluous. Also includes ceiling fan; tv, washer and dryer; hammock; gazebo; sun deck with chairs; verandah with patio furniture; parking for rented cars. The hotel operates 24-hour security and has high fences around the perimeter of its compound. The villa has security lighting.
