Information on how to get your property listed on myTobago
Every property offering accommodation to visitors to Tobago for at least nine months of each year is entitled to a free listing on myTobago.info. As the largest source of accommodation leads for Tobago (circa 20,000 enquiries in 2008), there is NO valid reason why a property would NOT want to be included in our listings. We therefore make no apology for treating such properties with suspicion.
May I repeat - listing is FREE.
If your property is NOT listed, it can only be because we do not know about it. This is easily corrected. Simply email me at .
Do not assume that your property is not listed simply because it does not appear in the main listings (i.e. when you click on the tabs at the top of the Accommodation pages). Your property may be excluded from these main listings for one or more of the following reasons:
- if we have no valid email contact address to send enquiries to.
- if enquiries/bookings are handled by a rental agent, or other third-party, who has failed to provide the owner's permission/authorisation that they are to handle enquiries.
- if we have limited information about the features and facilities of the property.
To check if your property is listed, use the Advanced Search facility on the main Accommodation page. Enter any one word of the property name in the name box. If the property is listed, it will appear on the subsequent listing page. If it is excluded, the reason will be stated at the bottom of that listing (for example: ~ Limited Information ~ or ~ No Contact Info ~).
Please note that we are NOT a reservation agency. There is no charge for listing and no charge or commission on reservations. We are happy to work with reservation agents. However, it is only right and proper that we ONLY send enquiries/reservations to third parties with the express knowledge and consent of the owner of the property.
We make NO charge for listing and strongly condemn agents and third-parties who claim or give the impression that we do so and try to 'recover' the cost from owners. Any agent/third-party found to be doing this will be delisted and 'outed' in our forum.
