If a property is not listed, it is because we don't know about it. Listing is free and myTobago is far and away the largest accommodation enquiry source for Tobago. So, there is no good reason why a reputable property would not wish to be listed (owner information). Readers are therefore recommended to apply caution before considering property not included on this site.

Accommodation Lists

For your convenience, these standard lists excludes the 120 properties for which we have limited information or no validated email address. Recommended: A list of 56 properties across all accommodation categories and grades. We have enjoyed stays of at least 5-7 days at each of these properties. Comprehensive illustrated reviews of our stay are available. We know these properties well, re-inspect them on a regular basis and maintain regular contact with the owners. These are properties that have earned our full confidence and which we fully recommend to the public.
Hotels: A list of 24 Tobago hotels and resorts. The list includes the island's largest all-inclusive resorts and smaller more affordable establishments. Some of the properties listed may have self-catering facilities, but all hotels in the list will have at least one restaurant.
Guest Houses: A list of 14 Tobago guesthouses. We try to limit this category to small properties that offer bed and breakfast accommodation and possibly other catering. However, catering cannot be guaranteed and visitors should check with the property for full confirmation.
Self-Catering: A list of 97 Tobago self-catering apartments and condominiums. Visitors should be aware that very few properties will be within walking distance of more than one or two restaurants. To get the best out of Tobago, always budget for a rental car as well.
Rental Villas: A list of 123 holiday rental cottages, houses and villas. Some of the most expensive properties include catering and many more can offer it at extra cost, but most are self-catering. Our recommendation regarding car hire equally applies to this category.
